Oh for peaceful summer days like the this one, only a week ago!  This area, Riverfront Park and Lake Benoist, is under evacuation due to the Walbridge fire nearby. My home is just outside all the evacuation orders and warnings, but we have been getting ready to leave at a moment’s notice nonetheless. Taking a quick break from turning my car into a Tardis, it’s lovely to be reminded of the beauty of Sonoma County.
