Crow Moon.

Tonight is the first full moon of spring, which signals the beginning of Passover, the season of liberation. It’s also called the Crow Moon, as the sound of birds heralds the arrival of spring. 

It’s been hard to get excited about celebrating much this year, but I’ve learned to do Passover every year. Then sometimes we’re surprised at the inspiration that emerges. 

I’ve been missing composite work lately, so it’s nice to dip my toes back in (literally: some of this image is the moon’s reflection in water last night). When I put these pieces together, I rarely know what they are about. Tell me what you see in the comments.
