Farther down Santa Rosa Creek.
Today at long last, I walked this part of the creek trail. I tried it once when we first came here, and it was overgrown and impassable. Many people have come through in the meantime, while I was doing other things. I was amply rewarded for the choice to take a different path.
There are many paths from the main trail down to the creekside, so one can view it in all its moods. As it nears the seasonal lake that is its destination, the Laguna de Santa Rosa, in the water runs faster than in the placid spot I visited last week.
